Reservation Policy
Value of first night is required to confirm your reservation. The balance can be paid at Jenna’s with cash dollars, Quetzales or Credit Card. There is a 4% surcharge on Credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
After reservation, you are free to cancel for any reason and without penalty up to one month prior to scheduled arrival. Any later cancellation or a no-show will cause a billing of one night’s lodging per the terms of your confirmed reservation unless otherwise stated in your reservation confirmation.
